What a sad tale. Inkut is such a nobel figure, but with an uncontrollable power. It reminds me of a superhero origin story in a way, he’s got this power, things are not going well for him, and now he has a choice to make. Very interesting story, I love how your tales always make me think 😊
A poignant story! It's interesting how many mythological heroes (and later superheroes and other pop cultural phenomena) have powers that are double-edged swords and/or hard to control.
Aww I feel bad for Inkut. Left to carry a heavy burden on his own and with no one to guide him. The struggle of having a power that either brings harm or good and no matter his intentions it tends to take more than what he intended. This is an interesting tale Cobol.
Very wise to exile Inkut. He came when he was needed, but such power is a danger. The story shows the dichotomy of needing strength in times of turmoil but not in times of peace.
